INSPECTION SERVICES

Code Red Roofers will perform annual inspections on your roof based on the anniversary date of your maintenance contracts. All inspections will include a comprehensive visual survey of all roofing areas and components as indicated on your Roof Inspection Checklist. No destructive testing will be performed, unless approved in writing by a representative of the owner/property manager. A complete inspection report will be provided to the owner/property manager after each inspection and will list those items, if any, which require attention in order to keep the roof system in compliance with manufacturer's guidelines and good roofing practices. The report will list items that require immediate attention, items which require attention but are not a priority, and those items which may cause problems in the next year. Although we suggest you complete the work listed in the report, there is no obligation unless authorized under separate contract.

HISTORICAL FILE

The owner will be provided with a Roof Maintenance Manual for each building covered by a standard Code Red Roofers Warranty. Your Manual should maintain your roof records, such as each Inspection Report, a copy of your contract, and Warrenty information. The owner shall be responsible for maintaining the Manual, and use of the Manual will not only keep pertinent documents organized, but will also provide valuable information in determining when the roof system should be replaced based upon annual cost patterns. In addition, it will aid Code Red in helping you to choose an appropriate replacement system recommendations when the time comes.

2. REPAIR SERVICES

Normal labor charge $47.50/man/hour (Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Material charges Cost/.70 (Actual cost divided by .70)

Minimum charge on any service call $150.00 (Excluding warranty calls)

Core samples $50.00/each (Does not include cost of minimum service call)
