With so many questions with this impending storm, we are here to provide some answers.

Is my roof going to hold up in this weather? Will you secure my roof or the materials? 

  • Yes, all current jobs are being actively secured. All roofing materials are being moved and secured safely.

 

What if I had a repair appointment scheduled and my active leak gets worse? 

  • Due to protecting the safety of our Team Members, they cannot perform repairs during inclement weather. However, we will be working diligently after the storm to get out to all of our previously scheduled clients first and foremost.

 

I have an appointment scheduled for this week of the storm. Will someone still be coming out? 

  • We will reschedule for the next, soonest-available appointment slot when it is safe for us to operate.
